This setup help section will walk you threw the setup of the Postmen API. This is a 3rd party APP that offers shipping integrations with Bid Wise Online Auctions. Please note that the Postman API is a 3RD party APP that provides a bridge rout between Bid Wise Auctions and many different shippers. The Postman API is a service that maintains its own identity, trade mark and not a physical part of Bid Wise Online Auctions.
Step 1
Click here to setup and or open an acount on the postmen APP. The postmen sign up page will open in a second window, so You can easily return here to continue the next step.
* Scroll down the page and click on the "Create account" link. Then fallow the given instructions to finish setting up your Postmen acount. Be sure to verifie your acount as instructed. Then return to here Step 2.
Step 2
Now it is time to ad some shippers to your Postman account. For an example on how to ad shippers, we will be adding USPS (United States Postal Service). No… you can NOT go postal. LOL. On a serious side you do NOT open an account with USPS first. HOWEVER other shippers in the postmen API may requier you to open an account with that shipper. Click here topen a new Postmen Window and log into your postman account.
* You may also go to http://www.postmen.com and click on “LOGIN” in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3
* You may note, at the top of the page, that it may say something to the effect of “ Click here to use our new web page”. Please click that, so you will see things as they will be laid out in this help section. If you do see it then do not worry a bought it. That means they have finished there web page updating.
* In the main Postmen menu on the left hand, side at the bottom, Click on “Settings”.
